Terms & Conditions

The following clauses and terms hereby create the army of Hill Empire on Habbo Hotel.
These are the terms and servies.

Upon joining Hill Empire, entering Hill Empire, or wearing the uniform of Hill Empire, 'The Following' will bind all members of Hill Empire (Hereafter referred as 'members') and VIPs.

Any breaches in The Following may result in, but not limited to;

Immediate termination of service (firing)

Loss of rights in Hill Empire HQ

Kicking from Hill Empire HQ



The Authority of the document resides from the presiding Major Administration.



Members are to have read this, understood and must have agreed to The Following



All members and VIPs will be bound by the following.





1) Upon joining Hill Empire, you must ONLY have one job, and that must be at Hill Empire.



2) Once you have joined Hill Empire, any information you come to find, must stay within Hill Empire unless specified otherwise by a member of at least an secetarial rank. Revealing a secret of Hill Empire will deem the member as a traitor, and will be fired, no exceptions.



3) To enter beyond the gates/barriers of Hill Empire, all personnel must be wearing uniform and have correct mission, the only exception to this is VIPs, as they are not a full ranking member of Hill Empire.



4) No personnel is allowed to make any movement of significance, in the name of Hill Empire without authorization of a member of the Major Administration. A movement of significance is raiding, forging alliances with other armies, changing uniform etc.



5) Upon joining Hill Empire, You agree to work and earn rank, and not to self promote or impersonate members of Hill Empire. The member also agrees to undertake any training that is required of them. The member also agrees to accept disciplinary action and removal of rank if it is deemed necessary.



6) Whilst guarding the entrance, in any form, of Hill Empire, the Guarder may not let unauthorized personnel in, and the Guard accepts that any breach of the security of Hill Empire may result in disciplinary action.



7) Until a member has been trained to be a trainer by the TR Manager, the member may not hold Training Sessions, no exceptions. Once passed training for trainers, the member is permitted to hold training sessions, as long as permission is attained from the TR Manager. However, there will be no training if there is less then three (2) trainable recruits. On another note, members are not to ask for promotions. Members who do ask for promotions are to be demoted immediately.



A member wearing the rank and uniform of Hill Empire agrees to act within the terms and conditions of this document, and to act in a responsible and mature manner.



9) While inside the headquarters of Hill Empire, members under the rank band of Minor Admin are not authorized to enter any teleporters unless under the instruction of an Admin. VIPs are also not authorized to enter teleporters unless they are authorized to by a member of at least the rank band of Major Admin.



10) Any allied personnel that enters Hill Empire, will be treated that of a rank at equal to Hill Empire,

thus; any personnel under the rank band of Minor Admin will sit in the enlisted allocated space

Any allied personnel with the rank equivalent of an Minor Admin and above, is permitted in VIP/Admin allocated area.



11) If a member decides on their own free will without the duress of any other member of Hill Empire decides to donate furni or exchange with at least the value of a rare, then refer to the separate donation Terms. Rank may be taken away without refund



12) The ONLY people in Hill Empire authorized to take donations or do a deal are; the presiding Major Administration
(Founders, Co-Founders).

If a donation is taken by anyone other than the members of the Major Administration, then the donation is considered null and void, and no rank will be awarded. If anyone is found taking donations, and they are not a member of the Major Administration, then they will suffer disciplinary action.



13) Anyone with the name similar to "Bone-X", "!!PeTeR!!," and "Relaunched" and is found to have done this with intent, will not be allowed to join Hill Empire.



14) A member is held accountable for their respective accounts actions, regardless on who may have been on the account. Therefore, if your account is disciplined when you claim to be away, then the punishment is binding.



15) Anyone with rights and is employed by HE is subject to this rule when they wish to retire or be honorably discharged. this rule is subject too;

When wanting to retire ( Have to have 4 months service to retire ) or be honorably discharged ( Quit on good terms )

you must provide 2 week notice to the Major Administration (Founders, Co-Founders, Owner's) before you can legally leave HE, if you do not provide this,

you will be dishonorably discharged (fired)

2. Be polite to ALL civilians

3. Respect ALL personnel

4. Respect ALL alliances

5. Do your job to the best of your ability

6. Do not ANNOY people

7. Help people with the format - Welcome to HE <Insert Name> How can i help you <Name>?

8. Hill Empire is your ONLY job!

9. Follow orders ASAP

10. Adress Major Admin as sir/ma'am

11. No dancing in HQ

12. do not speak in all CAPITALS

13. Use chain of command

14. Always SHOUT

15. Go to back when AFK/BRB

16. Use your head, dont break real life rules



If these are not followed you may be demoted/fired/KOS

Donations Terms and Conditions



1 - No bargaining. What the price is goes. You can not try to bargain ranks out of your donations.

2 - No Refunds

3 - Donations Only Go To The People Provided On The List In The Donation Information In The Hill Empire Donation Section Of Forum.

4 - Dont Ask Questions Like, How Much For A Certain Rank. Check It Out For Your Self In The Donations Information Section In The Hill Empire Donation Section Of Forums.

5 - If You Receive Pay You Must Wait Up To 2 Weeks To Use Your Pay As A Donation. If You Keep Using Your Pay As A Donation Eventually Your Pay Will Be Lowered.

With the announcement of the forementioned terms and conditions, any preceding terms and conditions become null and void, unless they refer to a specific part of Hill Empire (donations for example). Once again, any breach of T&C's will result in disciplinary action.
